Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@jdstees.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchnged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the returned item is received, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and when your return is processed. Instead of a refund, we will issue store credit or offer an exchange for another item of equal value. Exchanges are subject to item availability . Store credit will be available for use on future purchases once the return is processed. Please note that we no longer provide refunds to the original payment method.
